Afternoon Stripers
Ripped out for a couple hours in the afternoon and got on our best bite of the season. Mostly oversized fish but weeded thru and got some keepers too. The 8.25" Shad Life paddle tails in white and chartreuse did some damage. Fish pouring into the bay it's lining up to be a great season. See below for some dates available

Jim Steel Stripers
On the 31 Capt Greg had Jim Steel and crew out. Picked some fish early on shads and had a bit of a lull but pieced together a boat limit of keepers with a couple of overs released. Shads accounted for majority of the fish and one fish on an SP minnow. Incredible amount of fish around and it should only get better
Shawn Carpenter Stripers
Had the pleasure today of having Shawn from AFW on board today with his buddies Cory and Vince and all of their sons. Tough bite for us, but at the end of the day it turned around for us with everyone getting in on the action, Vince Sr, won the pool releasing a nice 36 inch fish!

Todd C Stripers
On the 39 had Todd Craig's boys out today, bite much slower than last few days. Did mange a few on shad life jigs, marked a lot of fish but colder/dirty water from rain didn't help

February Canyon Trip
Had some of my regulars chomping at the bit to get out, cabin fever sucks. Had a small window to get out today so we made the run. Hit an offshore wreck and had a nice bite of pollack to 35lbs. Then we dropped for tiles till lunchtime getting close to 30. Had them on bait and on UVT jigs which is now a sponsor. Couldn't be happier with the performance of their jigs up to 500 grams.

January Escape to Tropics
Had a great week leaving the confines of NJ. First couple of days went over to the Bahamas with Tommy Madden and the boys, got into wahoo and snappers, had the Bahamian local food which was amazing with lots of laughs. Next stop Marathon to spend 2 days with Capt Mike Sisto, had sails each day with mackerel, snappers, groupers and tuna, which we enjoyed fresh at Lazy Days cooked 5 different ways! Final stop Key West with Capt Rush Maltz for 2 days. Had great action on sails, groupers, snappers, mackerel, and Tuna, which we took to Thai Island and had it cooked 8 different ways. Final day was half day due to flights, however had the most incredible day of Cobia fishing, landing over 20! Enjoy the pics, look forward to seeing everyone at the Canyon Runner Seminar and Edison Saltwater show.
