Todd Kisner and Family

Had regular Todd Kisner and his awesome family out today, wife Lisette and kids Miles and Amelia. Plan was to get out early beat the wind and get the kids their first fish and get some fillets for dinner, mission accomplished! Of course Amelia got the biggest! Great time with the family!

Sal Bivona Stripers

Had Sal Bivona and boys Dylan, Tom 'muscles ma goo', out, Tom had never caught a fish before so popped his striper cherry. Got what we looked for in short order. Went into release mode and getting an early start to the Armory for lunch.

Roger Sanford Stripers

Had Roger Sanford and crew out today for stripers. Made our bait and after a slower start made a run and it paid off. Caught all of our fish drifting live bunker today. A nice day with nice weather as well, thanks guys!

Neil McCoy Stripers

This afternoon we had Neil McCoy and crew out for the first time today and we got in on some good action on the live baits. Tough drifting conditions but the guys did great and had a great time. Thanks guys! 

Roszkowski Family Stripers

On the 31 this morning Capt Greg had the Roszkowski Family for a session of live lining. Made a quick run and started getting some. Had a lull and went to get more bait then came back and continued picking away at stripers on live bait. Great family and really enjoyed having them on the boat! 

Elijah and Crew Stripers

Had Elijah and the boys from Philly back again for the spring. Got some bait, but not enough thanks Greg for the re-up and went to work, got our limit quickly then went into release mode for the rest of the day. 

Dan Kelly Stripers

Capts Greg and Kenny had Dan Kelly and crew out today. Left early and made our way through the fog to get our bait. Made a run to an area blocked by the wind and had a solid bite on live bunker. Dan snuck out the biggest fish of the day on our last drift which went back with a tag from Gray Fish Tags. As always all of our released fish go back with tags.

Jeff Speruto Stripers

Had regular Jeff Speruto back with the boys, made bait and had a great morning of fishing landing over 20 up to 35 inches all on live bait and light tackle.

Dan Pilliteri Stripers

Had regular Dan Pilliteri with dad John back. Made our bait and onto the grounds, landed close to 15 fish to 35 inches for an early afternoon. Headed over to the barge for hook and cook!

At the barge had striper done parmigiana, francaise, blackened, and fried

Chris Martino Stripers on 31

Had Chris Martino on the 31 this afternoon. Wind against tide but we used the few baits we had capitalized. Tough learning curve with the live baits missing a lot of fish but the guys stuck it out. Youngster Devin had the hot hand. We are all booked for this weekend but have some availability coming up next weekend.

Mike Kamsky Stripers

Had first timer on the Toy Mike Kamsky and the boys. Ran to make bait which was no easy chore, once we did it was game on, got limit on the first drift and released another dozen. Ended the day doing some light tackle casting on the flats looking for weakfish only got more bass. 

Open Boat Liveline and Topwater Stripers 4/16

This PM had a open boat group which started with some slow live lining putting fish in the boat but missed a lot of fish due to circles. Got on a top water bite where Brian Trillo had the biggest fish of the day exploding on a Cranky's metal lip.  Had some good shots at them on top but the fog got so thick that we lost track of them. 

Bruce Jernick Annual Striper Trip

This AM Capts Greg and Kenny had Bruce Jernick and family out for their annual spring trip. Had to deal with pea soup fog for the first half of the trip was brutal but got on some nice fish. Within 90 mins of hitting on the dock they had a whole fish on the grill cooking for lunch- does not get much fresher than that! 

Jim Hope Stripers

On the 44 had Jim Hope and the boys out today. Struggled to get our limit today, but mission accomplished in the end. Great seeing the boys again as usual!

Fervis Luan Stripers

Had first timer Fervis Luan and his buddies out. None of his buddies had ever landed a fish on rod/reel. Guys caught on fast getting their limit early. Decided to give them a bonus, went a netted fish and released another dozen livining to end the day

Bert and Crew Stripers

Capts Greg and Kenny had Bert, Lonnie, Jim G and Dr. Aron for stripers. Started earlier than usual and netted our bait. Made our way out and poked around finding a good live line bite and a few fish on top. Jim Gillespie had the biggest fish of the day blow up on a doc. Great guys and a solid trip thanks!

Chris DeCresce Stripers

Had Chris Decresce and son out today for an afternoon of livelining, sounding like a broken record. Started a little slow on the bunkers but had half dozen until the fish turned on. Baits getting blown out of the water, catching them on topwater plugs and flutter spoons with the bait, landed over 30 fish, what an afternoon!

We had Todd Kisner back with Maurice and his dad for some live lining on the 31. Made some bait and did some drifts catching two overs right off the bat. Picked away until it got good on the shads and flutter spoons. Even got a few on top on the docs.

Had repeat customer Chris Johnson out for his birthday with buddies Tregg and Earl, decided to find live bait and go light tackle. Wow! first drift landed over 15 fish to 36 inches, played catch and release for the rest of the day landing north of 30 fish before calling it an early day! Great job fellas!

Jim Preuninger Stripers

Had Jim Preuninger with Jack and Al out. Picked some fish to start the morning at sunrise then went and got about 30 live bunker. Caught on live bait until we ran out then headed home. Even had two overs that seemed to be loaded with eggs. Had just shy of 25 fish but a great day live lining should only get better from here!

ad Jeremy Ingle and the boys out this morning for the first trip of the year. Started out getting his boys comfortable on the rods getting our limit early. Went and got live bait with Jimmy throwing pancakes and went on the hunt. Found them and landed 10 on our first drift, way over 25 fish already. Great job boys.

Alan Kulesza Stripers

Had Alan Kulesza and the boys out today for stripers and got on them and the boys went to work. Even had two overs today that swam away strong. The guys enjoyed catching on shads and a couple on flutter spoons. Looking forward to having them back for live bunker fishing.

Wells and the Boys Stripers

Had my cousin Wells in from Philly with the boys and put the smack down on em! Luv my annual family trips, let's go!

Open Boat Morning Striper Bite

Capts Greg and Kenny had an open boat group out today and our first handful of drifts this morning made our day on shads and flutter spoons. Glen Kaufman had high hook with the shads catching a 37 inch fish. Our next open boat trip is Sunday April 16 PM. See schedule below for more charter dates, thanks guys! 

Bob Brown Stripers on the 44

Had first timer to the Toy Bob Brown with daughter Elizabeth and buddy Sean with son Justin and buddy Pat. Started the kids off early with some nice quality fish. Then went looking joined Capt Greg on a spoon bite till that fizzled. Made a run and found a nice patch of fish eating getting another bunch of fish to get our limit then go into release mode. 

George Striper Flurry

Capt Greg and Kenny had George, Bert, Lonnie, and Jim G today on the 31 and covered a lot of ground. We got on a good flurry of fish for an hour and made it count but fizzled out quick. Biggest fish was 42" - about 27lbs and most fish came on flutter spoons.

Had first timer on the boat today Gary Hamrah with sons Daniel and Nick and cousin Omar. started trip real slow, found an occasional fish here and there. Got a call from one of my good buddies,thanks cuz to a casting bite, which kids enjoyed. On way home got into a real nice bite to ended the day with close to 20 fish up to 36 inches on a challenging day.
