Ciro and Family Stripers

Had Ciro Romer and family out today, looked  for bait no dice, found few fish that wanted to eat. Wish we found more for a bunch of great guys!

Dave Hockenber Stripers

Had Dave Hockenber on board with nephews Pat, Tom, and Noah for stripers today. Popped  all of their striper cherries with Pat at high hook with 5, got them all with live bunkers. Striper fishing still going strong!

Jim Prueniger Tuna

Had longtime regular Jim Prueniger out with his dad Big Bill and buddies Scott and Peter. Made the long run and popped some tuna cherries this morning. Most of the fish coming on tracker bars. Changed gears to fill box, but full moon didn't allow us to tilefish at all! 60oz couldn't hold bottom, damn full moon, hit wrecks on the way home but just a few seabass that wanted to play!🤬

DeMello Family Trip

On Sunday I took out my mom, dad and our visiting family who were in town from Florida. Fishing was very good and once again all on live bunker, close to our marina. As much fun as I have had all season this trip topped them all. Showing my mom how to catch stripers on her own live lining was the highlight of my season. We tagged all of our releases for @grayfishtag as usual. -Capt Greg

Don Beshada Offshore Slam

Had Don Beshada out with longtime buddy Bobby and son Zack. Popped their tuna cherries early, Chatter bars in every color caught,then caught a few more then changed gears to fill the box. Dropped down for bottom on Fishermans Choice Salmon Belly from the Tackle Box Hazlet and topped out the box with Barrels, Goldens, and Blue lines!

Tenafly Soccer Guys Stripers

Capt Greg had the Tenafly Adult Soccer League guys out. They had never fished before and caught on to live lining in short order. We had constant action throughout the trip and some great weather as well.

Ed Santoro Stripers

Capt Greg had Ed Santoro and friends out for Stripers and they found great life catching our limit and releasing 13 more with gray fish tags. Great trip with some great guys! We have Sunday June 19th AM trip available call 732-672-1561 to book 

Mike Diaz Stripers

Had Mike Diaz out today with cousin Zack. Zack was new to livlining but got his biggest Striper to date to start the trip. Then Mike caught fire and it was game over. Good hanging with the guys!

Steve Won Stripers

Steve Won and friends joined us for an evening after work live lining trip. First time live liners learned in no time. Filled the box and released another 18 fish for @grayfishtag all in a few short hours this evening. We even had 4 on at one time and got a great group shot with fish tagged and released. We ran out of bait and got some bait from a friend on his way home (thanks Johnny). Great fishing close to home!

Don and Molinaro Family Stripers

Had regular Don Beshada with Frank Molinaro Sr and Jr. They wanted to try theyre hand at livelining. Once they got a hang of it they limited quickly. Great time with competitive family- Frank Jr was a US champion that represented us at the 2016 Olympics.
