Had repeat customers Alex and Andres with newcomers Sam and Dan. Had a sloppy ride out to the Bluefin grounds 65 miles, went 1-2 for Alex getting his first tuna ever on the jig. Had a nice mako which ate a sardine stay hooked, almost had him in Harpoon range but got through the flouro leader. Bite slowed so went looking for life to the South, went to Bacardi, Texas Tower, and Chicken, no life, birds, whales or dophin, ended up bailing a dozen mahi on ,a pot to get some more meat for the crew.

Brian McClintock Charter Blues/SeaBass
Monday we had brian and boys our for some more light tackle action. We made our way out to the grounds and set up in the same general area as sunday. After a few quick runoffs, the guys got into some non stop action with big blues. They could watch the fish swimming through grabbing their chunks right under the boat. After fighting plenty of fish they decided to try a little sea bassing. We stopped on some spots that provided plenty of sea bass with a dozen nice keepers mixed in before the wind kicked up.

Jamie McGinley Charter for Blues-Albies-Skippys-Sea Bass
On sunday we had Jamie McGinley, his son James, buddy Ed and his son Ryder out again. Our hopes were to make it out for some bluefin but the weather didnt want to cooperate with us. The guys wanted to have some fun with the kids so we decided on some light tackle action. Minutes after setting the anchor the guys were into fish with two and three fish on at a time. They fought blues with some albies and skippys mixed in until their arms were tired with the kids having an absolute blast working the jigs with non-stop action. To finish the day we stopped on a couple pieces where they had some good sea bass action putting over a dozen in the box along with some nice sized porgies.
