Jamar on his first offshore run at the helm of the 31FA, and calling the shots, teamed up with his Marlin Brother Capt Matty to put Igor Konstankevich and family fresh into the states from Russia on a awesome day of Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi fishing. This was the first offshore experience for Igor and his family and Andrea's Toy didn't disappoint.
