Dream Work Striper Beat Down

When I started this dream 20 years ago, the culmination of my efforts came together  Today. Both my boats with great crew of Capt  Willy, Greg, Nick and Andy with cherished charter of Chris Vaughn and new customer Ryan Himidi had a striper beat down today, between both boats jigging and trolled over 100 fish, ended the day on bigger stripers up 30lbs on the bunker pods!

Had childhood friend Brian with buddies, CJ, Levy, Sells and Drew, made our way to the grounds in sporty conditions and found the insane life, acres of birds and fish on the surface everywhere. Landed over 20 fish in first hour and decided to look for fish in calmer conditions and give the fellas a chance to hear  music and enjoy adult beverages!😜

Had first time customer Ettore with Andy and the crew out today. Went searching for life starting off with a few shorts found some fish later in the morning landing a few keepers and keeping the rods bent with a bunch of shorts for the boys. Once it slowed made an attempt at togging which was not good. Fun bunch of guys on a beautiful day, wish we had more keepers!

Absolute slaughter with Tattoo Dan and the boys, not even 8am and have over 20 fish to 44 inches!

Capt Willy and Greg had regular Jeremy Ingle along with Brian and Brian for stripers today. Action all day boxing out our striper limit as well as releasing 15 others. Great day on the water with great guys! 

Stripers for Tom and Crew

Captain Willy and mate Nick had Tom and friends out this morning. They got on some active fish early and capitalized while they could and had an action packed hour or two with fish all over on the surface. All fish were caught on casting lutes with the hottest lure being the Salt Pursuit metal lip. They worked through the rainy conditions and had a great day bring home 3 keepers and releasing 6 overs.

10/31: Had Jeff back with buddies Joe and newcomers Tyler and Tom. Started out jigging under the birds getting a few bites each drift. Found an active pod of fish and had 3-4 fish on during the entire drift until the boat traffic drove them down, ended up with a dozen fish to 44lbs, all safely released except three nice 35-38 inch fish, all on the jigs.

Captain Willy and mate Tyler had Brian and friends out today for bass. The guys didn't have interest in trolling so it took a little but they eventually found some active bass on bunker and it lasted for hours. Snag and dropped a limit along with many releases of overs to about 35 lbs. Excellent day with constant action and plenty of fish all on bait.

11/7: Willie and Greg had Mike, George and sons out for their first striper trip ever. Started the day off quickly getting two keepers followed by a 52 inch fish which was quickly released. Filled the box and went into release mode. On our way home found an active pod of bunker where we snagged and dropped another fish which was also released, 49 inch long by 29 girth estimated at 51 pounds! Great day with newcomers to the Toy!
