Dockside Grill at Clark Landing's Marina and Chef Marcus Wilson was ready to prepare. Master Chef Marcus prepared it 3 different ways, Spicy Aoli, Basil Pesto, and "Key West", coconut crusted with nuts. Unreal to say, great afternoon!
